Terms & Conditions

Welcome to THE SECRET PT. By entering into a contract with our trainer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Our trainer is self-employed and you will be entering into a contract with them alone.
1. The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe exercise program that takes into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels, and medical history.
2. Each personal training session will last either 45 or 60 minutes (as stated in the session you purchase directly). We cannot guarantee specific results, as progress depends on your effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.
3. All client information will be kept private and confidential.
4. To ensure the best results, you and the trainer must commit to the training program 100%.
5. You must arrive on time for each session, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before your first session. The trainer may also require a letter of medical clearance from your GP.
6. You must inform the trainer of any conditions or changes to your health that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
7. There are inherent risks in participating in a strenuous exercise program. You acknowledge that the trainer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional acts by the trainer.
8. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must give at least 12 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged for the full session fee. You must do this via the simply book app or website.
9. If the trainer is late, they will add extra time to the session or to subsequent sessions. If you are late, the session will end at the scheduled time.
10. Purchased sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable and will expire as per the expiry date stated when purchased via simplybook.
11. Our trainer is certified in first aid and holds £2 million in public liability insurance.
12. If the sessions take place at your location, you must provide a safe exercise environment.
13. If the trainer is unable to continue your training for any reason, you may request a full refund for any unfulfilled sessions.
14. The trainer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary, and will notify you of any changes.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the of the English court.
